Register
The source register.
A figure without a scope is not a fact, it is a slogan. Here are the denominators.
No figure on this site is typed by hand. (1) Every published value is read from the register below and rendered by a single component, which surfaces alongside it what the value covers and what it does not. An identifier cited without a matching entry stops the build: this is not an editorial convention, it is a build constraint. (2)
An entry whose cut-off date is more than 12 months old raises a warning in continuous integration. We would rather publish a dated, ageing measurement than a fresh unverifiable one — but we do not want it to age quietly. (3)
Entries marked “to be confirmed” are awaiting management sign-off before we will stand behind them. They stay visible, in place, rather than being pulled while they are checked. And none of these values is a promise of outcome: several come from a single engagement, and their scope says so. ▪
Entries
What we measure, and what the measurement does not say.
Every entry carries a permanent identifier: it can be cited at an exact address, without going through us.
7 entries published · 2 to be confirmed · 0 past the staleness threshold

Identifiers are stable: they do not change when a value is re-measured. A corrected value keeps its identifier and moves its cut-off date.
Empty fields
What this file cannot state yet.
A supplier file should flag its own gaps. Hiding them would be cheaper and worth less.
The fields below are required to process a tender submission or a supplier record. Until they are filled in, they render exactly as they are — in angle brackets, in red — everywhere the site calls them, including the footer and the legal notice. §
11 legal fields still to be filled in. None is hidden.

Commitment
If a figure looks wrong to you.
Write to us quoting the entry identifier. We reply within one business day with the document the value was built from: an invoice, a metrics export, or a client estimate identified as such. If we cannot produce that document, we withdraw the entry and the value leaves the site the same day. We do not defend a figure we cannot show.
