Legal notice

This page is incomplete, and says so. Fields we have not yet established are published empty rather than filled in approximately.

Last updated: 21 August 2026

What is still missing

The fields below must be filled in before this page satisfies article 6-III of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004. They appear in vermilion, in place, in the tables below.

  • Exact corporate name
  • Legal form
  • Share capital
  • SIREN number
  • Trade register entry
  • EU VAT number
  • Registered office address
  • Registered office postcode
  • Name of the hosting provider
  • Address of the hosting provider
  • Telephone of the hosting provider

A public buyer opening a supplier file reads this page first. An empty field that is flagged can be fixed; a field filled in by guesswork is discovered at the worst possible moment.

01 Publisher

This site is published by the company identified below, which is solely responsible for its content. Identifying a professional publisher is not a footer formality: it is what allows a third party to know who they are dealing with, and before which court. §

02 Publication director

The publication director is Roch Dardie. He can be reached at the publisher's email and postal address.

Any request to correct or take down content published here is addressed to him directly. We answer in writing, and we date the correction on the page that was corrected.

03 How to reach us

Both routes below reach a person, not a department. They are the same whether you have a commercial question, a formal notice or a data subject request.

A request concerning personal data follows the route set out in the privacy policy. A technical vulnerability report follows the vulnerability disclosure policy, which sets a scope, target response times and a commitment not to pursue good-faith research.

04 Hosting provider

Identifying the host is an obligation distinct from identifying the publisher: it must allow a third party to reach whoever stores the pages directly, without going through us. §

Decision D8 — pending. The site is currently served by GitHub Pages, operated by GitHub, Inc., a United States company. That choice contradicts what we write elsewhere about the law applying to data; it is being corrected in favour of a host established in the European Union. Until the move is done, we publish the contradiction rather than keep quiet about it.

05 Intellectual property

All editorial content on this site — text, diagrams, tables, matrix structures, scope notes — is protected under French intellectual property law.

This site is built to be forwarded. Quoting an extract, reproducing a table, printing a whole page and sending it to a CISO, a procurement team or a tender committee requires no prior permission: name the source and the page address, and that is enough. Reproducing content in full in a commercial document, republishing it under another name, or using our trademarks does require written agreement.

Newsreader, Inter and IBM Plex Mono are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The libraries we publish are released under their own open-source licence, stated in each repository.

Nudibranches Technologies and Hyperfluid are trademarks whose ⟨trademark registration status to be confirmed⟩ — we do not claim a registration we have not verified.

06 Personal data

This site collects data through a contact form and measures its audience without setting any cookie. The processing operations, their legal bases, the named processors, the retention periods and the ways to exercise your rights are set out in the privacy policy.

07 Reporting content or a vulnerability

Content that strikes you as unlawful or inaccurate can be reported to us in writing at the contact address. A useful report names the page, the passage at issue and the reason; we answer, including when the answer is that we are not taking it down. §

A technical vulnerability falls under the disclosure policy, which sets out what is in scope, what is not, the response times we aim for, and the commitment not to pursue good-faith research.
