Contact · Montpellier, France

You are writing to an engineer. Not to a sales desk.

Start by telling us what you are after: the product we build, engineers embedded in your teams, or an audit. We answer with what we can do, what we cannot do, and what we refuse to claim.

Direct contact

One address, one person, one deadline.

This link opens your own mail client. No form, no intermediary, no third-party tool between you and us.

Messages land with the engineers who would do the work. There is no call centre, no sales queue and no automated follow-up: if you do not chase us, we will not chase you either.

Three paths

Start by saying what you are after.

The path decides who answers and what you receive. Every “email” button opens a message with the subject already filled in — it works without JavaScript.

CIO · head of data · HPC centre

Hyperfluid, the product we build

The internal cloud we deploy at our clients: your teams help themselves, and nothing leaves your side. We walk the console through your constraint, not through a rehearsed demo. See Hyperfluid.

What you receive A demo on your own case, the service catalogue, and an order of magnitude on cost before any commitment.

CIO · infrastructure and data teams

An engineer embedded in your teams

Our engineers work inside your teams, on your tools and your processes. Continuous skills transfer, direct access to the experts, priority on critical support. Twelve months and up. See the engagement models.

What you receive A profile, a start date and a rate, after a first conversation about what you are trying to hold up.

CISO · operations · risk

A data stack or security audit

Scope written before we start, one to three months, a report that holds up in committee. Assumptions and limits sit in the same place as the conclusions. See the audit model.

What you receive A scope proposal and a price before any commitment.

Write

The form, if you prefer.

Same recipient and same response time as direct email. The form only adds a subject, so the message reaches the right engineer.

We read every message in full. A useful message fits in five lines: what you run today, what is blocking you, the constraint that is not negotiable — jurisdiction, budget, deadline — and what you have already ruled out. We do not need a specification in order to answer.

We also answer when the answer is no. If what you need falls outside what we do, we say so, and where we can we point you to whoever does it better than us.
